The Access line is a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week service. The Adult Mental Health Division Access Program provides trained professionals to provide help to individuals or family members during mental health crisis. For immediate assistance, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Family Intervention & Training Services
Our Family Intervention & Training Services (FITS) provides counseling for individuals and families in need of help with substance abuse and other family concerns. To access this service, call CDFH directly at (808) 545-3228 ext. 34 and ask for Family Intervention services to schedule an appointment. We see families and youth with HMSA, TriWest, and other private insurance. Our fee-for-service program is available for those who are able to pay in cash.

A pamphlet for family members, friends, co-workers, and others wanting to help someone who may have a problem with substance abuse.
